Linda, I loved "Happy Tails" sooo much. I read parts of it to my husband who has a little talk show on the radio. I suggested he give out the recipe for deskunking your puppy. He did!! We have already had requests to repeat it. We have a lot of skunks in Louisiana, I guess. It is a wonderful uplifting story and I miss miss miss my doggie every single day since her death. Your story made me laugh and cry, but only tears of joy. I can tell we are of the same brain when it comes to our pets. I will subscribe to your blog and will keep in touch. Best wishes for a completely wonderful fulfilling walk with God through what will definitely be a best-selling writer's career. Linda
P.S. The whole story is so wonderful I need a little time to adapt it to a 15 min lesson/talk when I am the event leader at a group of Baptist women called "Tapestry". I personally am Episcopalian, but I've joined this Baptist group, too. They are wonderful Christian women who have a lot of fun together....and they accept me!!! They will love it when I tell them about your book and the lessons we can learn from God through our animal friends. Thank you soooooo much.

Linda, You are an encouragement to me. Sounds to me that God gives you things to write every day just from your porch and pond. I am doing a lot of interviewing and they are published in our local newspapers. The interviews give me good ideas to write other things. You gave me an idea with Where there is hope life there is hope. I am a volunteer at the elementary school and when the kids see the light (the light bulb lights - they get it) there is hope. They turn into readers. Very exciting. Bye for now. Thank you for what you write. Hope to see you again.
